

Linda C. Molchan is a renowned healthcare professional with a remarkable career spanning over 46 years in emergency and trauma nursing.
As a former Trauma Program Manager at Lawrence General Hospital and Northeast Regional Coordinator for the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) Program, Linda's passion for helping survivors of sexual assault led her to establish the first SANE Site in Massachusetts in 1997. She is a graduate of Lawrence General Hospital School of Nursing and holds a BSN and MSN from Salem State College.
Throughout her career, Linda held several certifications, including Certified Emergency Nurse, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) Instructor, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Adult and Pediatric (S.A.N.E.), and Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. She was also a member of several professional organizations, including the Massachusetts Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Emergency Nurses Association, American Trauma Society, Society of Trauma Nurses, and International Association of Forensic Nurses.
Linda's commitment to improving the care of sexual assault survivors and her dedication to providing education and training to healthcare and criminal justice professionals have made her a respected and valued member of the healthcare community. In recognition of her achievements, Linda was awarded Woman of the Year by Delamano, Inc. in 2018.
With her wealth of experience and expertise in emergency and trauma nursing, Linda continues to inspire and empower others as the Chief Wellness officer and co-creator of ENOUGH, an elite leadership development for executive women.
