Absolutely. One of the benefits of joining the ENOUGH™ community is access to a diverse faculty from many different backgrounds and industries. We do not promote any specific belief models and celebrate the diversity of thought in our community.

Our emphasis is to have the best fit for success for our members, through both the learning process as well as networking opportunities.  A genuine desire to learn and share authentic experiences that benefit everyone is a foundation of our program.

We offer a uniquely diverse faculty with an array of backgrounds, depth of wisdom, and experiences that allow us to address the tough topics that other programs may not. Our community is prepared for challenging situations that women face day in and day out.  We invite our members to come as they are, but be prepared to change!

We know from experience that true change only occurs over time. We have developed a robust, evolving curriculum that elevates our members through five cumulative stages. Therefore, the ENOUGH™ membership requires a 12-month commitment.

ENOUGH™ is designed to accelerate and sustain the career path of executives as well as driven women leaders who are on their way to executive positions.

As with all personal and professional development programs, you get out of it what you put in. Having said that, we estimate that women will find benefit from spending around seven hours a month in the community.
